I didn't receive my replacement Versa 2

I never received my replacement watch from Fitbit. It was deliver through UPS and they said they left it on my porch well I never got it. UPS told me I need to contact the sender & of course Fitbit is closed. Does anyone know what Fitbit when the customer didn't receive the package they sent. So tired of waiting for my watch

Hi @Hazel139  it's the job of USPS to make sure you get your package, but there are many people who steal from porches. You can ask Fitbit customer support about it using your case number and information in your email they sent.

Thank you everyone for all your advice. I got a hold of the fitbit team & they'll were beyond helpful. They already shipped me out a new watch & it says its already on its way. I feel like its been forever since not having my watch & fitbit has really given me motivation to get healthy again
