How do I get help with troubleshooting?

I don't get any notifications at all. 

I've done everything internet tells me to do and I still don't get notifications. 

I have a Samsung a40 and a versa.

If they don't help and you don't get any responses from the community then there's always customer support via contact.fitbit.com
