So couple days ago i went on the app i noticed the live support its not there its just says call now and i prder chatting instead talking i was wondering if anyone voted for live support to get disabled because its strange is it blocked for everyone or just me, i have tried resetting my device restarting and even logging out nothing works.

Hi @mally95 really doubt live chat would be voted on, but it could be a glitch. There is a phone number, when someone is there in your area to answer it. Have you tried the alternate methods? https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
