My account doesn't have an option to change sleep sensitivity. Id like to change it from sensitive to normal as it is not tracking correctly. The Alta worked great! Please direct me.

Let me give you a warm welcome to the Community @CatieSkehan! If you are using a Android device to sync your Versa, you must change your sleep sensitivity setting on fitbit.com. To do so, please follow these instructions:

Great advice...but I don't have a gear anywhere on my dashboard!
I am VERY frustrated with this sleep tracking not working! I have worn my Charge and Versa, signed into separate accounts for several nights to compare what they track. Consistently a 2 hour difference! I have reset my Versa, changed the clock face, and turned off the "quick view". The other suggestion is to change the sleep sensitivity. Great, but I can't find it! Please help!

Hey @Bethgunn, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Don't you worry, to find this option, the sleep sensitivity, I will ask you to log into your PC Dashboard and from there, change the sleep sensitivity:
- Go to the Gear icon on the upper right corner
2. Scroll down to the "Sleep tracking" option
Finally don't forget to sync your Charge 2 to save these changes.
Please let me know if you have further questions!

I thought the setting would be on the phone app, but instead it was on the the computer app, www.fitbit.com. Then click on the gear symbol in the upper right, then click settings, go down to Seleep under Advanced settings, then click the ^ to change between Normal and Sensitive. Then click on the Submit button at the bottom.

Sleep sensitivity is irrelevant with heart rate tracking.
What is the difference between normal and sensitive sleep setting?
"Your device's setting can record your sleep in either "sensitive" mode for extremely detailed sleep reporting or "normal" mode for a more basic idea of your sleep patterns. Note that if you use a Fitbit device with heart-rate tracking to detect your sleep stages, this setting doesn't apply."
