How do I get into my versa 2 when I don't remember the email or passcode that was set on my fitbit

In this case, my best recommendation is to created a new Fitbit account as there's no way we can reset your passwords if you do not remember the email address you used. For more information on how to create a Fitbit account, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
