I have just added the Leaderboard app to my Versa and it says “Add friends in the Fitbit mobile app to get started” and I don’t see where to do that.

Click into the "Community" section of the Fitbit app, then click over to the "FRIENDS" tab. You should see an icon for adding friends from that page (looks like a "+" with a head and shoulders next to it). You should then be given options to add from contacts, facebook, and email.
