I don't seem to be the only one with new problems but....

So, I've noticed for the last little bit, I don't remember when it started but it's been recent, maybe a week or so, my Versa (the device, not the app) has been freezing/falling asleep, not tracking or not that I can trust anyway, and not responding to touches or button presses. I was giving training about two hours ago, so I was up and moving, and I looked down to see what time it was and it had fallen asleep. When it finally showed the time again, it had lost 7-8 minutes of time. This is a new issue so the issues seem to be getting worse, the longer the problem exists. I purchased my Versa in June and have not had problems like this before other than the occasional need to reset.

 

 

To wake it up, I have to reset it (press on the left and bottom right buttons) and I hesitate to do a factory reset because of the instances I see of others doing that and not being able to turn the Versa back on again are many. My assumption is that the problem is being worked on, correct?

Hi @ShannonO. , are you by any chance using a Third Party Clock Face? If yes. change it to a CF developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa nad the problem should be solved. Regards kuzibri
