I did a workout on the treadmill, and later when I clicked on that exercise to drill down to more details, it showed this chart, which I cannot make heads or tails of. Can someone tell me what this means?

Hi @DeniDee,

It's a little like how in running it can break things down by pace/mile. Your treadmill mode is using Calories Cues, so the chart is breaking down the Duration of each segment of time it took to burn 100 calories.  Personally I don't use Calorie Cues, but if you are trying to hit a calorie goal for a workout I could see how it might be useful. Hope this helps.

A “bonus” question: what goes the star mean in the picture? It should be something good but it's not so obvious IMO.

Thanks.

From what I could acetylene looking at the times it seems to be your best time.

Like I saw yesterday I did 100 in 6min and it was light green with a star.

Today it was connected to the 5 minute mark.

Hoe this helps...

Hi.

Just to add onto the question.

Why does it go 1 to 6 and then start again at 1 to 6?

This has me befuddled 🤔

I still dont understand. I did Barre class and it means no sense to me. How it determines the number of sessions and why it repeats below? interestingly this time it shows an almost empty session duration is 0.07' calories is 0 ,and shows a :glowing_star:,! how come.  I suspect the versa has problems. See how can a barre class resulted in such weird data. Can someone explain?

I noticed that mant times after it charged, it got different problems including - stop tracking heart beats for hours, unable to sychronize. Once it took me 6 times to reboot the watch and app. Anyone has similar ecperiencd

I've discovered over time that moments when I had sync issues with my Fitbit it was because I did not do an update to the app that I was notified to do.
