I get a notice saying your device has been locked-Versa

When I try to set set up my device I get a notice saying your device has been locked and cannot be paired. I’ve tried restarting it but it hasn’t worked and on my Fitbit after it gives me a code I enter it then I get the notice and the watch goes back to the logo.

Is there any way it could be unlocked? Or any shop I can get I can get it fixed at?

Currently, there are no reparation centers to fix Fitbit products. If after following the troubleshooting steps provided by Customer Support you continue experiencing the same problem, please let them know in order to continue getting assistance.
