@CeramicBisque welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the message that you are getting, I would like to know if it appears on your Versa itself or the Fitbit app. This info will help me to avoid any misunderstanding on my end.
If the message appears on your Versa's screen, please restart it as described in this help article. After this, check out if the message disappears.
If the message appears on your Fitbit app, please provide a screenshot of the page that shows this message. Please check out this post which explains how to add images to your posts.

@CeramicBisque I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on this issue. Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the error message disappears.
If the issue persists, try setting up your watch from scratch and see if the issue gets fixed.
