I get my responses as notifications on the Versa.

When i respond to a text on my fit bit versa i get the response also back on my fit bit versa. Why ?? How can i turn this off?

@crystalb31774 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! It's not normal that you receive as notification a message that you sent before.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your tracker internally. Once you've done this, go to your Fitbit app and turn off the notifications. Restart your phone, open the app and turn the notifications again. Finally, monitor your Versa in order to see if it doesn't get a response as a notification again.

 

As a side note, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed.
