I get notifications on my Versa only if I shut down my phone

Every time after I charge my Versa, I have to shut down my phone to get my notifications to come in. All day sync is on as are notifications. Any suggestions?

Hey @Babs17, welcome aboard! This sounds odd my friend. If you made sure that you set the notifications correctly, as stated in this help article, but you have to shut down your phone to get them, then I suggest you to take a look at this other help article: My Fitbit device isn't getting notifications from my phone and troubleshoot this issue...Give it a try and let me know  if it works!
