I did an 8 minutes workout this morning from the Coach app on my Versa and as you can see below, I got 2 result data for my one 8 minutes workout. Why 2? Which of the two is the accurate one? What is the Fitstar Personal Trainer? Thanks, I feel it's logging my workout twice, help.

@Kenzibit hello again my jogging friend! 😊 fitstar is the old name for Coach. Basically what happened is you started a certain workout via Fitbit coach app on your Versa and that triggered recording of default calories predefined in Fitbit coach for that workout along with your real burn based on HR recorded by Versa. Its a bug as far as I know that's been around for a while. Because both workouts happened during the same time period you will get credited only one calorie burn (the higher one) so it shouldn't throw your stats off. It's just confusing.

Hey my angel sent from above friend, I understand it perfectly now and really appreciate your insightful insights. Glad it's a known bug and hopefully fitbit fixes it and also glad it wouldn't throw my stats off, was worried for a while.

@Kenzibit awwww 🤗 No need to worry. I remember I was surprised at first as well. I sometimes double record workouts myself on purpose. I do a lot of cross-country skiing (machine) but because there's no dedicated exercise I need to start it as a Workout on my Versa. It measures the heart and calories perfectly but because it's not a step based or GPS based exercise, it does not credit a proper distance. It's to be expected but I like seeing how far I made it. 😊 So, I basically log another workout in the Fitbit app (custom one called Cross country skiing) for the same time period and with the same calorie burn just different distance. 😊

Wow, soo much knowledge of Fitbit processes; learning a lot here. You just gave me ideas of tracking workouts with GPS that are not included in the Fitbit exercises. Glad I posted my issues today, will stay in touch and once again...thank you 🙂
