I have 2 Fitbit Versa watches, and I need two but I cant register the second one to my Fitbit account, as when I try it just says replace existing Fitbit. How can I register a second Fitbit Versa to the same account please?

Sorry to give bad news but you can't. Although fitbit allows multiple trackers to be connected to an account there are limitations and one of those is that you can only have one of a type of fitbit. See: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1715/

I don't think there is any way around this restriction. Hopefully you'll still be able to return one of them for a refund even though it's been opened.
