I have a Droid Turbo 2 but not getting text notifications on my Versa

I just got my versa, and everything is working great but I am not receiving text messages notifications on the Fitbit.

The calls and Facebook messages go through, but nothing from my default messaging app.  I have a Droid turbo 2 and use message+ which is what I have selected in the Fitbit app.  I have tried reinstalling the app and just about everything I have found online.  Any idea why I can't get message notifications on my versa?

Hey @KaylaE88, welcome to the Community! Oh! Sounds odd that your Versa won't receive text notifications from your Droid Turbo 2, if this phone model is compatible. But don't you worry, I'll give you a hand on this.

 

I appreciate you have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but beside that, I'd like you to take a look at the troubleshooting in this help article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone. And please let me know how it goes!
