Sorry to hear this @chandershrma  is your Versa close enough that it still is syncing?

If so I would use an app like Find my fitbit.  It is free to try, and if the app sees the Versa a small payment is needed to search.

Sometimes looking 5 at the time of the last sync will identify the location the tracker may have been lost.

Hi @chandershrma, nice to see you in the community.

I'm sorry to hear about your lost fitbit. Unfortunately it can be quite a difficult task to locate a lost device, although not impossible.

You would need to retrace your steps (the route you took) when you noticed you lost the device. You can also use an app on your phone. Finder for Fitbit (Android) or Find my Fitbit (Android/iOS). Note that these apps will only alert you if your fitbit is within range of your phone and still has power, this is why you would need to run the app and then retrace your route. Hopefully somewhere along the route it will "spot" your lost device.

You may not find anything but it's definitely worth trying.

Good luck.

I am not in range of the device. I tried to visit the IP address's location where the device last connected. Is there any other way by which I can track the device's current location?

Unfortunately there isn't any other way. Seeing as the Versa hasn't got a GPS chip or even it's own cellular (data connection), it's just not technically possible to connect with it remotely and retrieve it's location.
