I've successfully added two Australian credit cards from different banks (NAB and ANZ) to the wallet - they both have 16 digits in the number (4x4). This is using the Windows 10 app. (I can't remember if I used the computer or phone app. Probably the desktop app.)

Have you seen the CW bank website?

You've probably also seen the Fitbit instructions. Just in case:

I read the links you suggested and it only seems to allow Commonwealth bank cards on Fitbit Ionics. Do you know how to add a Commonwealth card onto a Fitbit Versa?

It should be the same. (I can't say for sure because I don't have a Commonwealth card.) I suggest you follow the instructions in the link:

https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2236#setup

The bank will probably send you a number via text to confirm, enter it in the app when asked, then it should be all set up. You'll see a picture of the card in the wallet in the app and when you click the wallet on the Versa.

BTW, in Australia, you just have to put in the Versa pin no when it asks, usually after you've taken the Versa off and put it back on (or maybe once a day). You don't have to press the left button to use Fitbit Pay.
