I have not been able to receive notifications on my versa 2 for a month. The whole reason I upgraded last November was because I could see my messages without reaching for my phone. Very helpful when I'm at work. Now I feel like it was a total waste of money. If I could sell it back to the company I would!

Hi @Trishie351 - this could be the watch is in Sleep or Do not disturb mode.

Pull down the watch face once, then again and click on the 2 white bars to get to Quick Settings and check.

Also make sure the watch is syncing with the Fitbit App ok.

@Trishie351- thanks, presumably you already restarted both watch and phone and consulted How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? and also How do I restart my Fitbit device? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I presume you would have noticed by now if the phone is in do not disturb mode. But only notifications that appear on the phone status bar can appear on the watch. Make a test with the Fitbit App open your phone to see if a notification appears and comes to the watch.

In case it is something phone specific you can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

Having the same issue. It worked for a few days & then stopped, I've jumped through all the hoops without success.

Hi @RichCee - this was a symptom of an earlier Fitbit App release, do you have 3.65 or later?

I’ve been having the same issue. I haven’t even had the Fitbit for 2 weeks and my battery’s is draining and it won’t stay paired with my phone so I get no notifications. I feel like I just have a fancy watch with a step counter only.

Trishie (and others), @Fitbit should be WELL AWARE of this issue. I've complained several times as others have but it hasn't been fixed yet. The notifications stopped working (for some of us) after the most recent update. It's very frustrating. At first they tried to say it was only happening to IPhone users but I have a Galaxy and I'm not getting any notifications either. I just want them to fix this.

@Fitbit we would all be grateful if you would fix this PLEASE!

Same here. And then it shut off and appears to be dead.
