I have not received two times weekly reports (22nd and 29th). Why??? Frequently encountered error recently.

You will have to contact Fitbit for that answer @Laszlo52.
My thought is that one of the emails bounced and your email has been put on hold. Tthe community of Fitbit users do not have access to this info.

No @Laszlo52 we as fellow Fitbit users do not have access to your account, you will need to contact fitbit, through the l posted above. You may also find the link in the top right slide out menu or under the help link below or through help in the app.
