I have not yet received my order confirmation email

I just ordered the Versa 3 last night and I still haven’t received my confirmation email (yes I checked my junk mail) All I have is the order # they give after the order is placed. 

I’m starting to think I put the wrong email address (even after double checking it) so my questions are: 

 

- how long does it take for the email to come through? (In the past it was pretty much right away hence my worry) 

 

- is there a way to find out what email was used?

 

- Will I still get my product even without the email? 


- is there any point in contacting customer service?

Hi @EmKat8  you need customer support to supply those answers. The community forums are users of the devices and we don't know the inner workings of the company. Usually you're sent an email when the device ships. Having just ordered last night, you need to wait until the order gets to the proper department for shipping. As for the email used, support might have that information, but not these forums. When in doubt, get with support. They really are the best ones to help you.
