it only worked by pressing all the buttons, .. this did not work immediately, after trying it twice, it only started after releasing all the buttons, .. in the old software it was considerably easier by pressing 1 button for 1 sec pressing no matter which button! .. by the way, I think the entire software has a cheap appearance and would like to go back to the previous software, .. previously when you pressed sports you got a nice picture when starting your activity a random menu where you can choose running, cycling, swimming ... am not happy with it

Maybe try factory reset in your settings menu it gives you that option

Hold both those buttons until the Fitbit logo comes on screen this takes about 1 or 2 minutes normally so with the Fitbit versa facing you it’s the only button on the left and bottom button on the right once you press and hold in for that long it should reboot the system

I had the same issue too where nothing was turning on my fit bit versa after I thought I had it charging for 2 hours. I think it just died on it's own with battery being low, it's not till I read to try all 3 buttons at the same time that I got the fit bit to start up again. Once it was on it started charging and now I have it up and running. I almost thought it was just not working well since it's been about a year now and everything else I had from fit bit only lasted about 1 year. I think it has to do with the new firm ware they released. Don't let your fit bit drain with a low battery or do not turn it off. Don't even do a factory reset, some one else seems to to have bricked theirs by attempting a factory reset. I hope the buy out from Google doesn't affect anything but hopefully we'll get some resolve soon.
