I have to pair earphones with Versa constantly

hello all

after pairing the earphone works (aukey) but second time I try to use them, Versa didn't find them.

Only I have to retry pairing

probably is a bug

Hello there @Pol_Hallen, nice to see you around in the Fitbit Community! 

It seems  you have to pair your headphones everytime you want to use them with your Versa. Make sure your headphones are selected as the audio output in your Versa.

1. On Versa, open the Settings app

2. Tap Bluetooth.

3. Tap the audio device you want to use.

Your device must be Bluetooth-enabled and Bluetooth must be turned on. Some devices disable Bluetooth when low on power, so make sure your device is fully charged.

If the issue persists, try to restart your tracker: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

it didn't work and fitbit doesn't tell me what brands i can connect to my versa 😕

Hi,

I bought goji wireless and the sound is amazing.  I did though have problems listening as it has been a while so had look on here again.
