Help versa lite only syncing when I turn watch off and back on not doing.that for much longer going to return it otherwise its brill

@Glovebob welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the issue that your Versa is experiencing since it only syncs if you turn it off and turn it back on . I totally understand how frustrating this is for you.
Please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version. If the app is up to date, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor the syncing feature of your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
