I haven't received my replacement Versa 2

Hi. I am thoroughly disgusted with fit bit. I have had two Versa 2 that have had to be replaced. After long discussions they finally decided to replace it due to a defect. I sent my fit bit in 3 weeks ago and still have yet to receive my replacement and was told today approximately another week or two. I am beyond pissed and would definitely not recommend fit bit products. Also, I have been a fan of fit for years, but not now.
