I haven't received my replacement

I have send my Fitbit versa watch to Fitbit agency which is under warranty period as instructed by fitbit support email, its now more than one year but still I am waiting for replacement.

Thank you for sharing this information about the problem you experienced with the replacement process. 

 

The shipping time for a replacement unit is usually from 7 to 10 business days, so it's definitely not a regular occurrence. This would be handled directly by the Customer Support team so I've sent them your information for further assistance, but I was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them. You should be getting a reply soon.
