I havent used my Versa for two months now it’s no longer working

last time i used my Versa was October this year. When I tried charging it, it will only do the ff:

 

  • show the fitbit logo for a long time as it charges
  • Just black screen the whole time (turned off)

i have tried charging it for few minutes, few hours and even overnight. Again, 0% charge. I have also tried all the ways to reset the unit: 

 

  • hold the back button for a while
  • hold the back and lower right bottom for a while
  • hold all three buttons (3 seconds to as long as 5 mins)

... but still not working.

 

what can i do? i have barely used it and now it’s no longer turning on. I have also tried a different charger, but with no luck, it has the same symptoms with my own charger. I have also tried replacing the adapter, and still the same.

 

help please!!! Thank you so much.
