I bought 2 versas in November 2018. My wife had to replace hers 2 months in, then 8 months after and then that one died in April 2020. My versa can’t keep a charge longer than 12 hours now. I spoke to customer service and they keep saying it’s out of warranty and they are so generous to offer 25% off a whole new purchase!! Thanks for nothing Fitbit. We spent $500+ and all u can offer is 25% off!!! Your product doesn’t even last one year and you just replace with refurbished garbage. Stand behind your product and give us at least a 2 year warranty for that price or just charge us $100 for a one year and done product. I hope Google can fix all of your problems when they take over. Who in their right mind would spend $250 a year for a watch?!! It seems like you have no love for Canadian customers and don’t even offer an extended warranty but just to US customers? Why don’t you repair your products...I know why....make us pay more. Your community is full of stories like ours...I just hope Google reads all of these problems, cancels the purchase, and you go bankrupt and stop stealing peoples hard earned money

Sorry to hear that your devices are not working...like so many of ours on the forum. I’m a Fitbit user and so upset. Unfortunately the US only has a 1 year warranty 🙄 and all they do is offer 25% off a new device. Like you said why would we spend sooo much money on something that doesn’t feed purpose anymore. Good luck with CS
