I'm getting "device is full can't transfer anymore playlist" message

I am trying to transfer music to my Versa, I receive message device is full cannot transfer any more playlist. I do not have anything on my device so am unable to understand why I am receiving this message.

That sounds odd. Try restarting the Versa several times and then try transferring music again. Let us know how you go
