I think I just need to say this. I love my new Versa. I HATE the new bands. How many nails do I need to break.

I don’t think knowing how to change the band is the issue. I have watched the video and understand.
The process is just extremely not user friendly. I had the charge 3 previously and it was a breeze. Now it can take me 5min just to get one side of the band changed.

I totally agree. Fitbit get a clue. Even the iWatch has a user friendly band. Make it like Charge. This way of changing the bands is just totally stupid and wen to a different brand that would let you change the band.
It is too bad because I really liked the Versa. Fitbit get a clue.

I can’t even begin to tell you how frustrated I am. I just ordered a band from Amazon just like the same band I had for my previous Fitbit and I can’t get it on. I don’t know who designed this but it’s horrible. I wish I had never taken the original band off because now I can’t get it back on. This is an absolute joke do they not testes products or what?? I’ve been trying for the last 20 minutes and quite frankly I’m ready to return the thing. I’m done. Whoever designed this needs to be fired.

Totally agree. I can’t even get the replacement band on this time, and I’ve already broken two (short) nails. It’s infuriating!
