Did you mean:

I'm locked out and unable to repair my device.

I see this has been a common issue with some. Any solutions? After reading the forums. I'm stuck. I am unable to log in my watch, I attempted to unpair and repair and that was a mistake.

Again.... Any solutions? Help!!

I assume you mean the watch says to unlock with phone. This takes less than 30 seconds if the tracker is still connected to your account.

The reason you see so many posts is because people think that they should remove the tracker from their account before they open fitbits extensive help docs

Since the tracker is now been removed from your account, the only option is to do a factory reset.

Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.

When the Fitbit logo disappears:

Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).

Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
