I'm not getting notifications for text messages on my Versa.

I get notifications for phone calls but not texts.  I have tried everything I found in this community but nothing yet.   Please advise

@McClaida It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that you aren't getting text notifications on your Versa. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Thank you for the help.  I have tried those steps again with the same result.  I will try and sync up with another iPhone and see what happens.  Most likely a setting on my phone that I am over looking.

Thank you for the assistance.  Uninstalling everything and then reinstalling was the answer.   I was not getting hte FitBit app completly removed from my phone in previous attempts.  Once I figured this out the install was easy and everythign is working
