I've had my Versa for 6 days. Every day it's been giving me notifications of text and email messages. Today I've gotten no notifications. I held down the button on the left side to check - Notifications is ON. I have numerous texts and emails on my phone, but my VERSA is silent. I would appreciate any help.

Hello @Kiki68, glad to see you in the Fitbit Community!
The Fitbit Versa is designed to basically mimic your phone. So that means if you have your ringer on or your phone is on vibrate, the Versa will vibrate. If you have your phone on silent, the Versa will be silent. You can change this by going to the setting for your Versa under notifications, hit always vibrate and you will always receive a vibration when you receive a notification. Regardless of you ringer.

Hi, @Kiki68, you don't mention which phone you are using. I do find that with some phones the connection needs to be periodically renewed. If you go into your app and under notificiations chiose "send a test call" that should renew the connection and you should be back to getting your notifications,
For more help let us know which phone you are using.

Hello @Kiki68, before we send anything back, lets try the test call again. When you enter the notifications page, there should be three dots on the top right corner, hit that and there should be send test call notification.

Hi, @Kiki68, as @Israelarreola11 says the "send test call" is under the 3 dots at the top of the notifications page in your app.
I am currently using the S9 and I have a similar problem of losing connection -- however I think this is an issue with the phone rather than Fitbit -- it is the same with smart lock -- it periodically seems to forget about my devices, even though they claim to be connected...
I did not have that problem with same Fitbit, different phone.
