I’m not getting notifications on my Versa

Hi,

 

So I got my Fitbit versa in December last year and have had no problems, but for the last 2 weeks I’ve had no notifications and my versa isn’t vibrating at all (not even for alarms) even though it’s turned on. 

 

I have turned off Bluetooth, disconnected the versa, turned the watch off, uninstalled the fitbit app and download it again! But nothing is working.

 

Any suggestions would be very welcome! 🙂

I’m having the same issues. Everything updates in the app but my screen went away last week on Monday. I kept wearing it until yesterday. I stopped because as the week went on, it stopped vibrating along with the screen being gone. A few days, the battery died in a matter of a few hours. I put back on my old Fitbit Charge 2. My charge 3 died in less than a year (last year) and I had another versa last year that lasted 2.5 months. I’m so upset about this because last week, I actually was doing a challenge with a few friends of mine when I started having issues. At this point, I have no faith in Fitbit and I’m planning to put away my charge 2 at the end of the week.
