I've had my new Versa for about 2 weeks and everything was working fine but since the latest phone update on my Samsung Galaxy S8, I'm no longer receiving notifications. I uninstalled the Fitbit app on my phone but when I went to reinstall it, the Google Play Store says it isn't available but I can put it on my wishlist. Anyone know what's going on with that???

Hi, since the S8 is supported by Fitbit, you should be able to DL the Fitbit app in the Play Store. Why did you deinstall the Fitbit app after the Samsung update? I know that you cannot receive notifications after the Samsung update, but since Fitbit was working good before the update, it looks like a problem/bug in the Samsung update. When I go to the Playstore and type in Fitbit, it's directly available. I would advice you to contact Samsung's customer support with your problem.

Well, I just chatted with Samsung customer service, they had me wipe my cache and reboot....which did nothing and then they weren't able to help me after that. 😞

Hi, are you able to undo the update? Cause IMHO this is the cause of your problem. If it's not possible, I only can advice you to do a factory reset, see: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa/Versa-is-stuck/m-p/3107938#M60276. Mind you that after doing that your Versa is removed from the Fitbit app and need to setup it again. Please, follow all the steps that are mentioned in the link I send you. Good luck.
