I'm still having issues receiving texts for Versa Lite and IOS 13

Is there still an issue receiving texts on Versa Lite after IOS 13 update or is it just me?  I only received my Versa Lite in Dec 2019 for Christmas and the text messages were never received from the get go, however, missed calls and calendar entries do show.

 

I've checked all the settings as listed in these forums, I've reset my Fitbit a few times and am frankly at a loss at this point. 

 

Please help...

Hi @Neffa18 Yes there is a problem, and no it isnt just you! Have a look at THIS thread - the first post by KateFitbit details what to do (the link will take you to the first post I think). Hopefully this will resolve your issues.

Thanks for getting back to me. I tried all the things mentioned in the post and it still doesn’t work to where I can receive text msg. I’ve tried those steps several times and still no text.
