Hi,
I have been trying to update my fitbit multiple times. Everytime it connects fine and updates. I see two progress screens move to completion on the watch. Post that the watch start with the tips on screen and the phones says failed.
Like why would you guys make the process so hard and if you release a new device .

ON Android its stuck at this

@imibrahim are you updating through WiFi or Bluetooth. Ie: is the Versa connected to your WiFi?

I have tried updating with both Wifi and Bluetooth. Wifi gives me the result from above. Whereas bluetooth always fails at 5 percent or so.

Hello @imibrahim, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you around too @Rich_Laue, thanks for all your help.
@imibrahim, I've moved your post to the Versa board so it gets more focused attention from the Community. At this moment I would like to ask you to restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, then plug in your Versa, make sure it's charging and try to update it again.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
