It’s been now months that it is impossible to enable payments on my versa 2 from the latest version of the app (iPhone 7). Same thing happening on another versa 2 with iPhone 12. I receive an error message.
Someone else got the same issue? How can I fix it?
It’s unacceptable to have such an issue since months.

Before going any further, please confirm that you have added your credit card to Fitbit Pay by following these instructions. If you continue having the same problem, please restart your Fitbit Versa 2 by following these steps.
Whether this doesn't help, please provide me with the following information:
- What is the error message that you receive? If possible, please attach an image.
- Is your card in the list of Banks & Transit Supporting Fitbit Pay?
- Have you tried contacting your bank to make sure you don't have any restrictions on the card?
- Could you please confirm that you have entered the correct card details in the Wallet?
