I have logged into Spotify on my Fitbit app and I have logged into the wrong profile but I can not log out of it to log the new one in, I have removed the app, reinstalled device, did a whole new setup but I can not log out of the wrong profile, what can I do?

I regret to hear that you have difficulties to log out from your Spotify account. Thank you for trying different troubleshooting steps before contacting us. You can perform a factory reset to your watch by doing the following, but keep in mind that your apps, stored data, personal information, credit and debit cards and saved settings will be deleted from the device:
On your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data.

so you can use spotify for music with versa?

At the moment, there is actually no option to use Spotify for music with Fitbit Versa, however there is an app called Spotify HR that allows you control some features on the phone. If after following our recommendations you are still unable to log out from the wrong profile, please be so kind to reach out the app developer. For more information, you can visit this site.
I found a request to add Spotify to the list of available apps called Spotify for Ionic/Versa. You are welcome to join the suggestion and vote. Once any update be available it will be communicated as soon as possible.
