I'm unable to unlock my Versa

 So when I changed my bands on my Versa I pushed incorrect pin too many times.  Now i have message unlock with phone so i go to phone and pin code. Then i came up with u have entered incorrect pin too many times please rest pin.  So i press reset pin button and then put in new pin twice and then I get an error saying error cant connect to versa.  Please help watch only 2 days old

Hey @AlishaAbraham, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! And don't you worry, I'll give you a hand on this. Smiley Wink If you already tried to reset your pin through your phone, but still unlock, please remove the credit cards from the Wallet section of the app. This allowed the PIN reset feature to work correctly. Then start the FitBit Pay setup process again to add the cards back into the wallet.

Hi, I've just tried this now, and it didn't work. Have restarted fitbit versa, restarted phone, deleted credit card from wallet... Nothing is working. I've discovered that by holding the left button along with bottom right for a 3 or 4 seconds (less time than you'd hold to restart) it takes me back to my watch face and I can use the rest of my watch, so that might be a good tip for people, but I still can't use credit card. As soon as I try, it takes me back to the screen telling me to unlock via phone

You cant do this from the Wallet app on the Vera itself.  It keeps asking for the Pin reset.  Ive been down this path.  You need to remove the credit cards on the Versa via the fitbit web site through your profile settings

Confirming that removing cards from Wallet doesn't work - this failed for me, too. Also tried via the online dashboard (PC).

Try using the same pin you were using...that works for me.

Has anyone got a solution for this? Going to the walket section on the app doesnt work as it asks to change pin and then says it failed

Did you fix it? been trying to do it on mine but its just not working....that stupid error message just keeps coming up!!! so frustrating as i just purchased mine!!

It does not work for me with a new pin but works for me if I type in the pin I was originally using.

I did that too...still getting the error message. Wont even let me do a factory reset either......so disappointed!! Will be taking it back to the store!

Ok I figured it out! So remove your credit card on the Fitbit website, then change your pin on your app and it’ll work! Well it worked for me 🙂
