I'm so frustrated. I did all my research and saved to make this make this purchase and now I can't seem to get it to work the way I need it to. The main reason I purchased it was because of it's ability to store music. I setup the device yesterday. It went fine, no issues setting up WiFi, all was well.
I went to transfer music today and things came grinding to a halt. I followed the instructions from the manual I downloaded online.
Problem 1: When I try to download the desktop Fitbit App, it has a blue check mark and says "You pwn this app". So I thought "great, that should make it easy!" But no, I don't see the app anywhere, not on my desktop, not in my installed programs, not in the search results, not anywhere.
My other option is to download it in Google Play, which was a nightmare because it kept telling me "you don't have any devices linked to your Microsoft account. To install, sign in on a device with your Microsoft account." I don't even think I have a Microsoft account!
I'm so irritated and would appreciate any help. Bottom line, all I want to be able to do is listen to music when I'm outside walking, that's it!
Side note-I see that the Versa is connected through Bluetooth on my phone but how can I see on the actual watch what it's connected to? For example, where can I look on the phone to see that it's connected to WiFi?
Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi, I'm not an Apple user, but this is what i found for you: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa/How-to-transfer-Music-to-Versa-using-iTunes/td-p/2678595. This is an accepted solution from Fitbit's community. Hope this is what you're looking for, let me know.
Regarding the WiFi: you can see this in your Fitbit app on your phone. On the dashboard, click Versa's clock and it takes you to the page where also the Clock Faces are shown. Scroll down to WiFi settings, press this and look if your network is present. If no network is present, choose Add network and fill in manually alle the needed information, e.g. your router's name and the password. Mind you that the password is Capital sensitive.
Good luck!!
