Trying to re-connect my Versa3, but in the process it changes to Versa2!

Hi @Bpellicci  I've seen that before when someone is trying to set up one device and the bluetooth sees another. Get with support.

 

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.
