Since I upgraded to the new iPhone 12 I no longer get text messages on my Versa2.

To resolve difficulties with notifications, please follow these troubleshooting steps.

 

In addition, you can set up your Fitbit Versa 2 as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1630027099894.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

I have set the device up and it’s synced but it’s not receiving the text or email messages from my phone.
