I would try restarting your Fitbit Versa 2 first to see if that helps. Here’s how: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=H3MsCU5eFg8.
If that fails to fix the issue you can try changing the clock face going through the Fitbit App: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm
If the problem persist we can try setting your Versa 2 up as a new device. You will not lose your data setting it up again as your data is held on the Fitbit Servers. But it will not save any data after your last successful sync.
