I put a non Fitbit leather band on my versa and it just stopped working. Has anyone else had this issue. My Fitbit is now just blank and i cant get it to restart. Black screen. Help

The band and the device itself have nothing to do with each other. Is it possible that the Versa needs a charge?

I charged it. It is still black. Tried to reset never got the logo. I am frustrated at this point. I feel my money was wasted.

I was told to purchase a new fitbit because there was no fix for this one. I am not going to do that. Just to costly to last just over year. This is the 2nd one to go black on me. Not a good product. Thank you for your suggestion. I appreciate it
