While I can receive a call from my Galaxy S8+, I can't reject one. When I press the red icon on the top right corner of the watch, the watch stop vibrating but the phone keep ringing. What can I do? I am using Versa.

I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Android app board to the Versa board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about the Fitbit Versa.
Now about your issue, you can unpair your watch in your mobile device's Bluetooth settings. If you are unsure how to verify or change settings for your mobile device, refer to instructions provided by your device manufacturer.

Thank you for your reply. I tried what you suggested but not successful. I even reset my Versa, uninstalled and re-installed the Fitbit app on my phone, started afresh and reconnected. The problem still exists.
