I resolved the issue with firmware update tracker greyed out-Versa 2

I just resolved this, but posting for others benefit.

 

In the app I got a notification for firmware update available,  but on clicking to update the detail screen has an update software banner/button but it's greyed out.

 

I was using a tablet with the app and unable to resolve this to update.

 

On a hunch I swapped to my phone, and lo and behold the button was working, and led to a t&c acceptance screen, and then update. 

 

I guess this acceptance wasn't working kn the tablet, so blocked the update. Hope this helps others.
