I was having some issues with my Versa being the right time. I went on vacation and I thought it was a time zone thing to begin with but it was just totally off. It also would not connect to Bluetooth. I did the normal things but restarting the Versa. Restarting the app. My phone. Uninstalling the app from my phone. Nothing has worked. I decided to restore it to factory settings because I thought that would correct the time. Now it won't connect to Bluetooth so I can't do anything. I can't even go through set up again.

Had the exact same issue. Time was incorrect this morning. Did same troubleshooting steps factory reset the versa, deleted and reinstalled app unpaired with Bluetooth... Phone is having hard time finding versa and when it eventually connects versa will not complete software update. Completely useless currently..

I have had the same problem but my phone connects to Bluetooth but not internet. All that is on my phone is saying install fitbit app which I did. But it says tracker update needed. But won't connect to do the update. Can anyone help with this please.
