I think my Fitbit ... died completely?

I completely charged my Versa (that I’ve had about 1.5 years) yesterday. When I woke up, it was completely dead and wouldn’t turn on, which I thought was strange because I had just charged it. So, I put it on the charger and took a 15 minute shower. When I took it off the charger after my shower, it was extremely hot and still would not turn on. Is it somehow completely dead?? How did that happen? Is anyone else having this issue?

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. Have you tried restarting it. I know it may sound odd if your Versa appears to be dead, but I have found that it can bring it back to life. Hold down the button for 10+ seconds (this might take longer or a couple of tries) to see if you can get it to restart and display the Fitbit logo.

Hi! Sadly, I have tried this many times and it has never once turned on again or restarted.
