I updated my Versa 2 and now it isn’t working right.

I updated my Versa 2 and now the heart rate monitor won’t work. The green light won’t even turn on. The steps are not logging in my graph. The graph says 0 steps but my watch and step count on the app show my steps for the day. My step reminder counter stays at zero. It is not tracking my sleep score. Some days it didn’t track my sleep at all. I have been having problems for 2 weeks since I updated it. Now the battery is not lasting a day. I tried factory resetting the watch. Seriously what kind of update was this? What is Fitbit doing to fix the update problems.

In addition to restarting your watch you can turn off/on the heart-rate tracking. For instructions on how to navigate your watch, please visit this article.

 

I would also recommend setting up your Watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1629155353878.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
