I accidentally unpaired my versa in the fitbit app and have just got it to pair back again. However, it's now not syncing and keeps saying unable to connect to my versa and it isnt showing in my paired devices on my Bluetooth.

Or doesn't need to show in your bluetooth trusted device list to be able to sync.
Since your asking about a phone issue, please let is know what phone your having issues with?

@SassyB92 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'm happy to assist you with your Versa since it was unpaired accidentally.
I'd just like to know if the issue persists or if your Versa is syncing with your phone now.
In the meantime, restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try syncing your watch again and see if the issue gets fixed.
